Big Heavy World wishes you the best ever new year, with all your wishes coming true in 2010! You're the reason we exist and we value everything you do and contribute to our experience in Vermont - thank you! We promise to keep making the best effort possible to pull together projects that bring more attention to Vermont's music and make sure it's treasured for generations to come. See below for some of what's going on early this year.

We're at the beginning of a major effort to make our VT band guide as complete and comprehensive as it can be. Is your information accurate in it? Are musician friends of yours missing from it? Do you recognize bands in it that are not longer active? Please help us build our VT music industry guides at http://www.bigheavyworld.com ! Our work is free to all and meant to benefit both Vermont bands and musicians touring through Vermont. You can edit your band info yourself, and add music and photos to it too.

WOMM-LP 105.9FM 'The Radiator' (which streams at http://www.theradiator.org ) has been playing all-Vermont music in-between volunteer DJs - The Radiator is the community radio station co-founded and managed by Big Heavy World. We're currently digitizing our VT Music Library so all the music can be heard on the radio station. If your recordings aren't in the collection, please send them!
