Rocket Shop 5/20/09

nick-ctsb2 With your host, me, Kelsey Hanrahan. We also had some Rocket Shop visitors tonight: Nick Ring and Steven Born from CTSB in Massachusetts. They're the Operations Manager and Production Coordinator for Community Television for the Southern Berkshires and run the low power FM station WBCR-LP 97.7FM in the Berkshires. They were in town for the Alliance for Community Media conference  at Champlain College (Thursday, May 21st and Friday, May 22nd). Video from the conference will be posted at http://www.cctv.org. It was fun 'talking shop' about local, low-power radio and giving them the tour.

My focus this week was to concentrate on local musicians that will be performing in the area within the next week, here's what I played:
