Born and raised in Nigeria, Obi moved to the United States at the age of 19. Coming from a big family of 8, he never really got to do what he wanted to do rather he picked up on interests from his older siblings. America gave him the freedom and confidence to try new things and he immediately began to experiment with music. A year later he moved to Vermont for college where he began making music full time while also having to keep up with school work. Now in his final year in college and also expanded his music interests from writing and vocals to music production, he has honed in on the skills he needs which he feels can take his music career to the next level. His goal is to connect people from different cultures and music tastes together inorder to have a diverse fan base.
