Lillian and the Muses’ self-titled, four-track EP, Lillian and the Muses, tells the tale of love lusted over, visions inspired by nightmares and the somber realizations of heartbreak. Up-beat but equally emotional, the pop-infused EP explores Lillian’s own life. ‘Cigarettes’ and ‘Last Call’ recall Lillian’s past and present romances, both playful and solemn. ‘Devil in the Details’ and ‘Clay’ dance with Lillian’s darker side and highlight choirs of Lillian’s masterfully layered vocal compositions.
