Genevieve & Hemmy formed after long time musician friends switched from their garage/grunge/blues roots in Beneath Trees to the dual acoustic guitar/vocals creating their driving folk blues sound. A mutual appreciation of travel & drive for music has allowed the two to play shows across the country in diverse venues & spaces.
