The Christmas Show At Metronome December 22, 2011

A sweet night of music. Lowell Thompson kicked it hard. Most bands got 3 songs, but Joshua Panda only played Run Run Rudolph. Swale saw Amanda jam as frontwoman, play a slow one (?) then do a hip hop War Pigs Mash up. After listening to Amanda play keys and sing, I was lucky enough to hear Marie Claire Whiteford play keys and sing with Brett Hughes. Marie took the stage for the second song. Wow. Anders Parker played a nice set. His Cloud Brigade is Creston Lee and Steve Hadeka. Pretty sweet, eh? Lendway followed, starting with the middle of Brigades last song, then folded Silent Night into Little Drummer Boy. They pulled out the power drill for a Lendway classic, and relinquished the stage to the next band. I relinquished my presence, as work beacons tomorrow.
