Ray Barba: BHW Graphic Designer

Ray Barba has joined the Big Heavy World crew as a graphic artist. Ray was born and raised in Connecticut where when he was ten years old he got an electric guitar for Christmas and began taking lessons. Ten years later he and four friends formed a band, recorded a five song demo, made t-shirts, and performed at venues including Toad's Place in New Haven, Connecticut. The band didn't last very long, but Ray experienced the art of making music and having an audience, which was thrilling. In 2005 he began attending Champlain College with a major in Graphic Design, which he's joining with his interest in the music industry. He enjoys mostly pop-punk music but is open to almost all genres. It's a dream of his to work in music and contribute to something he genuinely loves, especially through graphic art.
