In this lab, Becky & Christopher will guide a conversation about how to pivot to telling the new story of your organization or the old story from a fresh angle that is relevant to this time of trauma. This discussion will include sharing adaptations or evolutions in programming, crisis fundraising, and maintaining donor engagement through these new stories. The facilitators will touch upon understanding who are the storytellers and what the audience needs from us. They will include examples from their own work.
