Practice Spaces?

Is there anyone who is renting an old shop space/small warehouse space/art studio my band could set up shop and practice at 1-2 nights per week (maybe a weekend every once and a while). We're looking in the Montpelier/Barre/Berlin/Waterbury area since Burlington's a bit of a drive.
